When Flandill was first discovered, it was a wonderful place; its climate was temperate, and its resources plentiful. Its inhabitants, called "deebs" lived simple but happy lives, depending on the planets various flora for sustenance.
Ever since first human exposure, the quality of the planet has been deteriorating. Each visit adds a minute amount of pollutants to Flandill's environment, and these visits add up. If the atmospheric pollution surpasses 400ppm, all life on the planet risks extinction.
Every visitor to Flandill has a permanent impact on the ecosystem, so please be careful.
